Outreach Speakers Bureau

The SCHC has established an Outreach Speakers Bureau on the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (GHS). The Speaker’s Bureau is a list of members who have volunteered to speak and present information on the GHS and the impact on material safety data sheets and labeling. Our volunteers are offering their time to various local community organizations and to local and state fire, police and other responder groups to increase the visibility of SCHC and awareness of the GHS.

Volunteer speakers are not compensated by the SCHC or the party desiring a speaker. Local organizations such as labor groups, and interested citizen groups who desire a speaker may contact our members directly to schedule a presentation.
